About Trish Schoenthaler

Trish Schoenthaler was three years old when she first saw the New Bern area that is rich southern heritage of the shores of Eastern North Carolina began with her childhood in historic Downtown New Bern.

A graduate of New Bern High School, Trisha's active involvement in the community continued with her attendance at Craven Community College. Her subsequent career in Banking, as well as Advertising and Marketing for more than 10 years, has been invaluable in her real estate career. A dedicated professional, Trisha provides knowledgeable customer service in selling, buying, or investing in Real Estate.

Active with local charitable organizations and many children’s organizations, Trisha truly believes in service before self. Trisha has served on the Pamlico County Real Estate Board, been an ambassador for the Craven County Chamber of Commerce, worked on fundraisers for the Coastal Women's Shelter, and planned and organized a fund-raising auction for a young family who lost their father right before Thanksgiving of 2007.

As a Real Estate Broker for Coldwell Banker Willis-Smith, Trisha is a Top Producer today. She has completed the Leadership Craven Class of 2005-2006 learning more about the demographics of the population, businesses, and County growth patterns.

Trisha is the mother of three. Much of my time is spent in the numerous outdoor activities available in Pamlico and Craven County; sailing, power-boating, and kayaking in the Broad Creek, Pamlico Sound and Neuse River are great family favorites.
